Lady Musgrave Island sits 59 km from Seventeen Seventy and 96 km from Bundaberg. It is a highly protected Marine Park Green Zone. There is no freshwater, food, or commercial resort here.

Day tour visitors access the island for guided ecological walks. You can see the dense Pisonia forest and spot nesting seabirds. Green and Loggerhead turtles also use these beaches as a major breeding ground.
